We represent citizens across Michigan who have experienced first-hand the damaging effects short-term-rentals (STRs) have on residential neighborhoods. Our goal is to educate those who are also struggling with this onslaught. By providing insight and debunking the tired arguments used by those who have a monetary interest in STRs, communities and individuals can fight back against special interest and selfish politicians who pad their pockets at the expense of residential neighborhoods.

It's our prediction that if HB 4722 or similar bill passes under the radar of many Michiganders, and short-term rentals begin to inundate residential neighborhoods, there will be outrage at those who put the real estate lobby in front of local schools and communities.
80% of Michigan citizens do not want local government to lose control of managing STRs in their districts.
History is full of examples where investing in greed leads to disastrous results. Ruining residential neighborhoods and impairing local schools to placate the donations of Michigan Realtors will only add to the list.
